CASE
REPORT: LR
LR DATE OF VISIT: 10/1/97
This patient is a 60-year old male who presented
me with a history of being treated for four
years by another doctor using allergy injection
therapy. During that time, he experienced minimal
improvement and considerable inconvenience of
having to go to the office for shots. He reported
initially to me in January, 1997 with a history
of frequent, recurrent sinus infections and
asthma as well as chronic nasal drainage and
blockage which were severe. Since no relief
had been obtained with the other physician's
program, he desired to try my program for improvement
of the allergies.
The patient was allergy tested and began on
the allergy program. Within one month, he started
to make some progress, and within two to three
months, was doing very well. On follow-up 10/1/97,
he continues to have excellent progress and
no recurrence of his allergies. He is delighted
at this and feels that his health has been significantly
affected in a positive direction.

CASE REPORT: MC
DATE OF VISIT: 9/30/97
MC is a 78-year-old female who was suffering
severely from skin allergies. She had continuous
severe itching of the skin which had been untreatable
by any dermatologist previously seen. She had
seen at least five who had not been able to
manage the constant pruritus that she was experiencing.
She had been told finally by a dermatologist
that this may very well be allergic in origin
and she thought she would go to what seemed
to be the best allergy care available and went
to the Mayo Clinic. There, after extensive testing
and evaluation, the allergist finally said that
she could not help her with her itching and
this did not fall in her realm to cure.
MC came to me initially 4/1/97 complaining of
her allergies and also of significant nasal
allergies with marked blockage and excessive
PND. That bothered her significantly but was
not her main concern since she was unable to
live life in the way that she desired due to
her skin itching. She stated that when she would
go on a trip, which she would do often with
her husband, she would have to take her own
bedding with her in suitcases and would have
to take many suitcases for that requirement.
MC was allergy tested and begun on serum desensitization.
By 5/l/97, she had experienced excellent improvement
with her allergy symptoms and on six week follow-up
later on 6/11/97, she was continuing that improvement
and was only experiencing very small amounts
of skin itching with the bulk of the itching
being completely eliminated. Since that time
she has been continuing to improve and is basically
100% free from the itching of the skin which
was limiting her life so markedly as well as
the sinus problems which she was also having
problems with previously.

CASE REPORT: AN
DATE OF VISIT: 06/16/99
ASTHMA STUDY:
Patient comes for a follow-up on allergies.
She has made excellent improvement over the
10 weeks that she has been on the allergy program.
She currently has no asthma symptoms of any
significance and her father is very pleased
with how she has done. There is still a little
nasal blockage and drainage but that is minimal.
The patient will be continued on the allergy
serum and it is anticipated that she will do
very well with minimal, if any, asthma in the
future.

CASE REPORT: HF
DATE OF VISIT: 05/26/99
INITIAL TESTING: 04/21/99
ASTHMA STUDY:
This 58-year-old female came to my office complaining
of significant asthma problems, accompanied
with nasal drainage and blockage, as well as
much PND She had severe irritation of the eyes
and sneezing. These symptoms began in 1970,
and she stated that she had problems throughout
at least 5 months of the year. She had received
desensitization shots before and that did seem
to "help a lot." She had recently been taking
Seldane and Tavist, using those for relief of
symptoms. She came to my office in follow-up
on 5/26199 and at that point was experiencing
much decrease in nasal drainage and irritation
of the eyes, as well as much less coughing.
Of most importance to her is that her asthma
had decreased significantly from a 5 down to
a 2.
She is delighted with the progress and plans
to continue with the allergy serum.
